Support Humanitarian Efforts in Ukraine.
Foundation For Black Philanthropy is a collective power to celebrate and uplift the strong tradition of Black giving in our community.
FFBP was established as a grantmaking body in 1993 and was originally called the African American Community Foundation. Community grantmaking was made possible by planned gifts from Lethia Henderson and Elizabeth S. Randolph, and over the years, the volunteer grantmaking board awarded more than $500,000 to nonprofits serving the local Black community.
In 2021, AACF was renamed Foundation For Black Philanthropy, and its mission was expanded to provide more pathways for philanthropic engagement. At the same time, the community grantmaking board of advisors clarified the purpose of the existing endowment funds, renaming them the Lethia Henderson Fund for a Healthy Black Community and the Elizabeth S. Randolph Fund for Education and Prosperity.
You can support these funds using the form below, through your donor advised fund or in a planned gift.
