William J. Carter, Sr. Charitable Fund

The William J. Carter, Sr. Charitable Fund was established to honor the life and legacy of William “Bill” Carter, who mentored and trained hundreds of microentrepreneurs. His efforts impacted the trajectory of many individuals of color and created jobs and new economic pathways in his community. The fund will support nonprofit organizations that award grants to microentrepreneurs for training, development and growth.
