Leading on Opportunity is a movement working across Charlotte-Mecklenburg to unite collaborative efforts and increase pathways for social and economic mobility by connecting, convening, amplifying and aggregating community work. We are solely focused on increasing the odds for success for children, youth and families with an equity lens driving towards aligned systems change.

Your contributions will be used for one or more of the following purposes: community, family and youth engagement; support of systems alignment and convening in one or more of our five focus areas (reducing the impact of segregation, investing in early care & education, expanding college & career readiness, strengthening child & family stability, building social capital); collaboration and community capacity-building towards collective and systemic impact.
